About the event
The Hybrid Consulting Development Programme is a structured training initiative designed to develop future consultants through a combination of theoretical learning and practical, on-the-job experience.
It typically blends virtual and in-person training (hence “hybrid”) to equip participants with key consulting skills such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, client engagement, and project management. Participants work on real business projects, receive mentorship from experienced consultants, and take part in workshops, case studies, and professional development sessions.
