He is a former Certified Trainer for the Chartered Institute of Housing (UK). In 2003, he was seconded to the Office of the British Deputy Prime Minister to facilitate training on Step Change - Change Management.​ He has designed, developed and developed several Learning & Development Consulting Projects such as High Potentials Leadership Development Programmes.

A pioneer on many fronts including Online Recruitment in Nigeria in 2006, HR Conferences with the Human Capital Summit in 2009, Diaspora Recruitment Exhibitions in 2008. In 2009 CNN Profiled his work on International Recruitment
