Shola Ajani, FIMC, FPACA, a Certified Management Consultant, is the Founder/CEO of the School of Consulting, lead providers of Consulting Training in Africa. The School's major focus is helping professionals who wish to transition or retire into consulting.

He is a UK trained Management Consultant and transformation strategist with over 25 years of global experience guiding professionals, executives, and organisations to transition, grow, and thrive.

Shola led a Step Change Project for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and advised over 10 UK institutions, including the City of London Corporation and the London Stock Exchange.

Across Europe, he helped a global NGO build a regional structure across 20 countries, and also worked with top firms like Novartis in the Czech Republic and Shell International in the Netherlands.

In Africa, he has consulted for Governments, organisations and major brands such as UBA Group, GSK, Nestlé, First Bank Group, etc.

In 2019, he founded the School of Consulting in London, UK; now with over 300 alumni across Africa and the diaspora.

He is the author of books like the Art of Business Consulting, Retiring into Consulting, Repositioning, Business Transformation Handbook, and many more.

Shola is a respected mentor and educator, helping professionals build successful second careers in consulting, with structure, strategy, and purpose.
